A successful online merchant services company was looking to redesign their web application interface. They were conflicted about how to best prioritize their efforts, but understood a need to address site usability and the clear presentation of their offering. I was commissioned to walk through their online application interface and provide an intial user interface evaluation to help facilitate a focused redesign and development effort.
